Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging with tags, certificates (if any), and invoice.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For size or design exchanges, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
